Affordable Housing

Several affordable housing properties offer eligible families the opportunity to rent apartments or townhomes at rates lower than current market rents. These properties are separate and distinct from the DBHA portfolio and are operated under different guidelines.

The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) is the most important resource for creating affordable housing in the United States today. The LIHTC database, created by HUD and available to the public since 1997, contains information on 43,092 projects and 2.78 million housing units placed in service between 1987 and 2014.We would not be who we are without our eco-friendly design, which is at the core of our strategy. We are constantly working to improve our offerings and expand upon our capabilities when it comes to design and production.
